I called him this morning because our fridge was broken and I needed a fix asap. He promptly returned my call and was at my house within 2 hours. He was reasonable, responsive, and friendly. Mike repairs pretty much all brands - I called a couple of other recommended repair shops from the listserv and they either didn't work on Kenmore or only had next day service. (1/12)

Chuck was fantastic, prompt, really fast and efficient, and replaced the necessary part [in an oven] in less than ten minutes, then offered to look at my dishwasher and fridge as well. The cost was much less than replacing the unit, and he did a quick fix on the dishwasher free of charge. Great guy, great resource to have. (1/12)

Used them to repair my refrigerator--the handle on my water dispenser broke and he fixed it. He was quick, effective, reasonable and altogether good to deal with. (5/13) … A year or so ago, I called Apache for a repair for my HE clothes washer. They referred me to Silver Spring Appliance because they didn't fix HE models. SSAppliance scheduled me quickly, the fella came when they'd promised, he was fast, nice and not terribly expensive. Washer still works! I'd recommend them. (5/13) … Shout out to Silver Spring Appliance Repair who came out to my house and did a miracle repair on my washing machine today. Super friendly customer service and the best price out there.
