++++ Ted is professional, dependable, and thorough. He makes our wood floors look "like butter" (but not slip like it). And if we have any special items we want him to focus on, he handles them with ease. His price is comparable to others (and our prior cleaning lady, who was also dynamo but has since taken a F/T job), and his work top notch.

The Maid
+++We used to use The Maids. They did a REALLY REALLY thorough cleaning. The first cleaning is a very deep cleaning of the entire house and then after that it is maintenance, but that includes the stuff you are talking about. They were more expensive, so we downgraded to a private individual who is good but less thorough.
